Position: Commercial Sales Representative (Hardscapes)

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team within the hardscapes industry. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, including contractors/installers, general contractors with some interaction with landscape architects, developers, and municipalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardscape products and applications, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Job Location
  • This position is remote, and this person needs to live in Dallas Fort Worth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers
  • Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the hardscapes, construction, or building materials industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape products (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living solutions, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, open orders, production, and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Sales Force CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
