• As Sales Specialist (m/f/d) you are reporting to the Regional Sales Manager of the Industrial Solutions Division and will take care of the specialized technical support to the commercial structure at national and international level, on private and public customers. Your clients are mainly from the electronic, semiconductor and automotive sector.
• Knowledge of industrial microscopy or general laboratory services is strongly desired.
• Sales background – Experience with proven revenue growth and market share gains in the field of IT healthcare sales and/or research.
• You have an in-depth knowledge of the assigned competency products, for which you are responsible.
• You organize and carry out demonstrations to national and international customers.
• You participate in trade fairs and events.
• You are in touch with distributors, scientific societies and other bodies and organizations useful for the development and/or maintenance of turnover.
• You contribute to the production of advertising, promotion and technical-scientific documentation.
• You collaborate with the sales network to optimize the company's information flows to the outside world.
• You ensure that the information collected on the ground is analyzed, processed and transformed into recommendations for the creation of new services and products.
• You will be in charge of customers in order to maintain a network of collaborations useful for business development.

• You have successfully completed your studies in engineering or economics or have a comparable technical education.
• You also have several years of relevant professional experience.
• You have a very good technical understanding and interest in complex technology.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Organizational skills (for managing the demos) and teaching skills (for training customers).
• Willingness to travel throughout the Italian and Maltese territory (Malta limited travel needed).
• Commercial and Laboratory Technician experiences are considered a plus.
• Preferred residence in Lombardy but applications from other regions will also be evaluated.
