You ll be empowered to manage your own workload, set your own hours, and work from the comfort of your home office.

• Prospect and onboard new shippers and carriers to expand your network
• Negotiate competitive rates and secure favorable terms for all parties involved
• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-lasting business relationships
• Utilize our cutting-edge technology platform to streamline operations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics

• Previous experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related field is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications
