Position: Associate Neuroscience Sales Specialist - Flex Team, Central

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide interim sales coverage for open territories, managing all aspects of sales territory and specialty Neurology product sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including key opinion leaders
  • Educate physicians and their staff on the value of the employer’s products for patient care
  • Analyze sales potential and execute effective business/action plans to achieve strong results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend conferences and meetings as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the life sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time and live in assigned territories for 1-6 months
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive selling skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the neuroscience field and familiarity with the employer’s products
  • Proven ability to build relationships within the healthcare community
  • Strong understanding of the selling process and ability to develop territory business plans
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business opportunities and customer needs effectively
