• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental revenue
• Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies

• Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer relationship building
• Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

• Experience with sales in the educational sector or related fields
• Familiarity with market dynamics and competitive landscape in educational publishing
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience utilizing telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
