- Conduct territory mapping for target accounts and coordinate service efforts to meet client goals
- Manage inbound leads efficiently, qualifying prospects and moving them to the discovery phase
- Develop outbound pipeline initiatives to expand market reach for the employer’s solutions
- Leverage sales best practices to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional sales experience
- Provide reliable forecasting and maintain deal transparency, contributing to performance assessments
- Minimum of 4 years of SaaS sales experience
- At least 1 year of experience within the event industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (especially Spanish) is appreciated
- Experience with sales basics for discovery and negotiation
- Startup mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt quickly
- Eagerness to suggest improvements to processes and workflows
- Persistent, optimistic, and charismatic personality
