Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct territory mapping for target accounts and coordinate service efforts to meet client goals
  • Manage inbound leads efficiently, qualifying prospects and moving them to the discovery phase
  • Develop outbound pipeline initiatives to expand market reach for the employer’s solutions
  • Leverage sales best practices to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional sales experience
  • Provide reliable forecasting and maintain deal transparency, contributing to performance assessments
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of SaaS sales experience
  • At least 1 year of experience within the event industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (especially Spanish) is appreciated
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with sales basics for discovery and negotiation
  • Startup mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Eagerness to suggest improvements to processes and workflows
  • Persistent, optimistic, and charismatic personality
