- Experience in a scale‑up, fast‑growing pre‑IPO company.
- Training and exposure to the latest prospecting tools (Outreach, Zoom Info, LeadIQ, etc.).
- Proven business development success using core sales tools.
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote ideas persuasively.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a positive, energetic phone presence.
- Strategic and tactical thinker who maintains a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong sense of urgency, self‑starter, proactive, and brings new ideas.
- Self‑motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Remote work experience considered a plus, not required.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
- Providing feedback on the quality of marketing‑sourced leads.
- Clearly communicating Remote’s value propositions and learning prospects’ needs.
- Supporting the Account Executive team as needed.
- Educating and developing prospects leading to hand‑off.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Making cold calls to prospects generated by various sources.
- Identifying key players, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.

On‑target earnings range from $31,500 to $88,700 USD. Base salary is 70 % of total, with equity and benefits included. Compensation varies by location and other factors.
