What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide world-class customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
  • Answer inquiries regarding pest control services and build rapport with customers
  • Close sales and schedule initial pest control services via telephone
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in direct or phone sales within a call center environment
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of high-speed internet connection (minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
