- Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
- Conduct market research and planning to identify sales growth opportunities
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts in the US and Canada
- Drive revenue growth through various channels, including job sites and contractors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
- Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the US and Canada
- Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
- Strong value-based selling skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Physical capability to navigate construction project sites
- Familiarity with the electrical connections industry and market trends
