What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research and planning to identify sales growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts in the US and Canada
  • Drive revenue growth through various channels, including job sites and contractors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the US and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Strong value-based selling skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Physical capability to navigate construction project sites
  • Familiarity with the electrical connections industry and market trends
