What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage proactively with assigned SMB customer accounts to understand business needs and communicate product value
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders for long-term partnerships
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account planning sessions
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer priorities
  • Manage the sales cycle, including discovery, negotiation, and closing sales agreements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales or business development role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take a consultative approach to selling and understand client needs
  • Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and advancing opportunities
  • Highly organized and self‑motivated, capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the field service management market
