• Maintain call quality assurance levels to enhance the customer experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
• Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong reasoning ability to apply common sense in standardized situations
• Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) preferred

• Familiarity with database software, internet software, and word processing software
• Ability to effectively present information in small group situations
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role
