- Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts across the US and Canada
- Drive revenue growth through various channels including contractors, panel shops, and end users
- Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, with a focus on surge protection or switch gear sales
- Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for guiding customers towards solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Experience with surge protection or switch gear sales specifically
- Familiarity with construction project sites and ability to navigate them physically
- Prior experience in value-based selling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and trends in electrical solutions
