Overview
Account Executive
RACER Account Executive role focused on aggressively prospecting, pitching and closing new advertising, sponsorship and partnership sales. The role manages all sales/partnership activity in the company CRM and collaborates with the Group Vice President on pricing strategies, data analysis, rating analysis, proposals, and sponsorship valuation. Works with the marketing, creative, and planning teams to drive successful sales initiatives and ongoing client support.
Primary focus is to increase sales and coordinate all sales efforts with the Group Vice President, contributing to strategic planning as a member of the senior management team.

- Aggressively prospect, pitch and close new partnership/sales deals
- Daily updates to the CRM program software
- Develop and implement integrated media campaigns with the Group Vice President to meet client goals and drive revenue
- Make data-driven recommendations to clients and the Group Vice President on proposals and packages
- Seek approval from the Group Vice President for proposals beyond approved packages/guidelines
- Collaborate with the Group Vice President and partnerships team to research and analyze data across multiple platforms (examples: MRI data, Media Radar, iSpot, Hive, OTT dashboards, asset availability)
- Coordinate with partnerships and production teams to ensure in-house materials and deliverables for post-contract execution (e.g., display and print creative, TV spots, tag lines, banners, in-show features, scripts)
- Assist the Creative & Media Planning Department to create custom elements for sales presentations
- Ensure contractual elements are clearly understood and relayed for asset allocation across platforms
- Travel for in-person sales efforts and ongoing relationship building

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

Motorsports knowledge and brand relationships; minimum 4+ years of experience in media sales; 7+ years of professional experience.
CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $80k-$100k per year with significant upside potential through performance-based commission. The comprehensive compensation package includes medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan. Flexible work-from-home options available.
