The James Martinez Financial Agency is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team. We protect American families with life insurance, mortgage protection, burial policies, wealth accumulation, retirement solutions, and financial advice. We train individuals to become managers of Remote Insurance Sales Representatives and to lead in select regions within six months. Our model emphasizes training to build your own business with full control over your time and income.

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commissions paid daily.

• Work with interested clients using a lead system—no cold calls.
• Uncapped income potential, with daily pay and multiple streams of income including commissions and bonuses.

Start at 80% commission, increasing to 130%, plus bonuses. Part-time agents can earn up to $50,000 in their first year; full-time agents up to $100,000.

• Set appointments and reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage.
• Research and customize coverage options based on client needs.
• Meet with families virtually via Zoom or phone to present options and assist with applications.
• Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications.
