• Use a consultative selling approach to identify and customize solutions for new and existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals across various product lines to drive revenue growth

• Maintain call quality assurance and accurately manage customer information and work orders

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence and instructions
• Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions
• Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) preferred

• Experience in sales or customer service within the telecommunications industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with database software and internet applications
