This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Medford, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting insurance product options to clients, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients in person and virtually, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date with market trends to provide the best solutions to clients' needs.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
