Future Remote Inside Sales Representative – Training Effective February 9, 2026

We’re inviting motivated, people‑focused individuals to apply in advance for our Inside Sales Representative training opportunities in a fully remote Contact Center Sales organization.

• Base salary: $45 000/yr – $75 000/yr (average earnings $55 k‑$75 k with base + commission)
• Top performers can earn $85 000+ in year 2 and beyond.
• 16‑week paid training for licensed hires; 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.

• No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.
• Work schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start 11 am – 8 pm (CST) – minimum 12 months before shift change.
• All computer equipment provided; home‑office requirement: professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs.
• Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Assist with policy orders and questions.

• 2 – 3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required – training provided if not held.

Candidates must reside in:
Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, Louisiana.
