- Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
- Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets

- Collaborate with internal teams on training, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
- Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
- Experience leading both inside and outside sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
- Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
- Established value-based selling skills and strong negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with sales processes and strategies in the electrical industry
- Experience with training and mentoring sales professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills to guide customers toward solutions
