Annual Bonus and Commission

• Strong desire to learn (training and support are provided)
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Commission‑based compensation (1099)
• Natural leadership quality, not necessarily a managerial mindset

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Learn a 10‑minute presentation and present/clarify insurance strategies to prospective clients
• Conduct needs assessments to understand and address clients’ insurance requirements
• Gain access to warm leads – NO COLD CALLING
• Be passionate about serving others through sales and ready for unlimited growth opportunity
