Mon-Fri (working every 3rd Saturday, with a corresponding day off during the week): 40-45 hrs/week
Must possess the following skill-set or attributes for our fast-paced environment:
- Can type more than 30 wpm
- Organized approach to problem solving
- Common-sense approach to task completion & prioritization; recognizes the difference between what is "fun" to work on versus the triage of assigned tasks
- Can handle incoming calls & assignments concurrently
- Very good written & verbal communication skills
- Pleasant and respectful demeanor with co-workers & customers
- Customer-service oriented phone demeanor, with good voice skills
- Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, navigating with PCs and Internet
- Basic arithmetical skills
- On developing their career skill-sets and being the best they can be
- Maintaining alignment with the best interests of the company
- Being a Team-Player
