• Roofing Services: Full replacements, emergency repairs, and maintenance.
• Garage Door Services: New high‑end installations, motor replacements, and rapid repairs.

• Direct‑to‑Consumer Sales: Meet with homeowners to provide estimates and solutions for their roofing and garage door needs.
• B2B Networking: Build and maintain high‑value relationships with Realtors, Property Management companies, and Insurance Adjusters to create a consistent referral pipeline.
• Market Expansion: Proactively seek out new business through lead follow‑up and local networking.
• Seamless Handoff: Gather necessary project details and transition the sale to a dedicated Project Manager for execution.

• Relationship Builder: Comfortable walking onto a job site or into a Realtor’s office to pitch our services.
• Self‑Starter: Disciplined enough to manage a flexible, remote schedule while hitting sales targets.
• Local Knowledge: Must be familiar with the Denton, TX market and surrounding areas.
