• Provide account leadership and direction in pre- and post-sales processes for strategic customers
• Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities within large organizations
• Ensure successful rollout and adoption of products through strong account management
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to product managers and technical support staff
• Collaborate with marketing on strategies to enhance customer engagement

• Proven experience selling into large organizations
• Strong account management skills with a high degree of control
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently on complex projects
• Familiarity with Git Lab and a consultative approach to sales

• Experience with Git, Software Development Tools, and Application Lifecycle Management
• Established relationships and proven sales techniques for success
• Willingness to travel as needed in compliance with the company’s travel policy
