PT/FT Sales Rep - Work from home at Spieldenner Group

Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

• Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
• Research: 4‑5 hours per week – digging into client-provided information to customize options for death or disability protection.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

This position is commission‑only based. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week. Additional premium financial products are available to help clients save for retirement or protect retirement accounts. We provide extensive training on these products. In addition to uncapped commission, there is a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
