Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling our bold and exciting Safe or Die gear. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for spreading the message of safety through our unique product line. You will represent our brand, engage with customers, and drive sales growth through direct outreach and creative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Safe or Die merchandise to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  • Identify potential clients, set up meetings, and pitch the value and uniqueness of our products.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and relay customer insights to the team to improve product offerings and sales approaches.
  • Represent the Safe or Die brand at events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase visibility and reach new customers.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to expand the brand's reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, merchandising, or lifestyle brands.

    Skills and

    Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and events.

    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and occasionally beyond.

    • A passion for promoting safety and embracing the mission of the Safe or Die brand.
