• Source your own leads and develop a broad network of relationships to generate loan opportunities.
• Engage in proactive outreach (phone calls and meetings) to connect with potential clients.
• Work beyond typical business hours (nights and weekends) to meet goals and close deals.
• Present loan options from a portfolio of 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to close more customers.
• Maintain a coachable mindset, show grit, and execute tactics to achieve targets.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes and active outreach (e.g., 15–100 calls per day as needed).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and lead-generation skills.
