Personal Risk Sales Advisor; East Coast Remote

• Base salary range of $50,000 – $65,000, plus commission on new business averaging $15,000 annually

• Advise and deliver personal insurance products tailored to client needs
• Work closely with Carrier Underwriters to determine risk placement
• Provide accurate and timely quotes using agency management and rating systems
• Execute policy correspondence delivery per agency guidelines and procedures
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and carrier representatives

• High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree preferred
• More than 3 years of directly related industry sales and service experience
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills

• CPCU, CPRIA, CAPI, or other P&C designations preferred
• Comprehensive experience with the New England/Northeast P&C markets
• Influential presentation and public speaking abilities
• Self-confident in making sound independent decisions
• Ability to anticipate client and team needs
