Our reps sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and placing orders. Previous work experience isn’t required—we just look for people who enjoy working with others.

Reps are paid $21.00 base per appointment. The pay is not strictly based on sales or results, but commissions can increase earnings. Even during an off week, reps still get paid for the work they did.

We help reps create a schedule that works for them. Some work as much as possible, others part time, and others look for extra income around classes, other jobs, or family obligations. Semester break work schedules are available for temporary work.

Reps train locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office. We’ve been training people for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t stay long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are valuable for every field.

People who have done well with us come from many backgrounds: retail, fast food, cashier, grocery store clerk, work‑from‑home jobs, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscape, warehouse, and any other field you can imagine. We also welcome applicants who haven’t had any work experience. If they have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people, they can do well.
