Location: Oakville, ON

Compensation: Base Salary $50,000–$55,000 + Competitive Tiered Commission Structure

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and products

  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads—schedule appointments, follow up, and close sales

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, handling policy inquiries, changes, billing, and claims support

  • Collaborate with the agent and team to develop marketing strategies and achieve sales goals

  • Create memorable customer experiences that promote trust, loyalty, and retention

  • What You Bring

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (insurance experience an asset)

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Exceptional communication skills
    —verbal, written, and interpersonal

  • A solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Confidence in presenting and engaging with clients professionally

  • Dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience

  • Licensing Requirements:

  • RIBO and/or OTL license required

  • LLQP license an asset
