Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is hiring Inside Sales - Previous Customer Agents to expand our Homeowner Relationship Center team. Hiring immediately for our next training class. Pay: $17.50 an hour with bonus potential; average annual earnings $40,000–$60,000.

• Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, probing for new interests and identifying potential new business.
• Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities in our existing customer base.
• Make outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 50% – no cold calling.
• Manage previous customer base using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives.
• Build relationships to keep us at the forefront of customers’ remodeling decisions.
• Handle service inquiries with confidence and speed.

• Awareness or experience in the home remodeling industry or with homeowners.
• Self‑starter, quick learner, team player.
• Scheduling availability:
  Mon‑Fri 9am–6pm.
• 1–3 years of phone sales, upselling, or rehash experience – a plus.
• Providing customers an amazing experience.
• Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail.
• Positivity, flexibility, determination, persuasive personality.
• High energy and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Quiet workspace with high‑speed home internet for work from home after training.
• Experience with Lead Perfection and Five9 preferred; training provided.
