• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong reasoning ability to solve problems based on written or oral instructions
• Familiarity with database software, internet software, and word processing software

• Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) is preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective presentations in one-on-one and small group settings
