What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative approach
  • Experience with high-velocity sales and a land-and-expand strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives and identify business challenges
  • Ability to travel to customer locations and work from a home office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
  • Skilled in developing and executing account plans
