** Sales Development Representative We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative to generate leads for our Case Center Sales Executive team.
After learning about the Case Center product and value proposition, you will engage prospective customers to succinctly explain the benefits Case Center delivers and pain points it solves, to drive interest. The ideal candidate will take pride in achievement via persistence, enjoy figuring out prospective customer organization hierarchy, and revel in helping our Sales Executives close new business. An enthusiastic hand-off to a Sales Executive with background information on the prospect is a job well done.
While the position is remote, the preferred time zone is Eastern or Central. Prospecting will occur in North America and internationally targeted regions.

* About the Role:
** In this opportunity, as Sales Development Representative you will:
* Over a myriad of communication channels - outbound phone calls, email, and video – reach out to both cold and warm leads, to contact decision makers in prospective customer firms, to introduce them to Case Center.
* Develop ongoing relationships with prospective customers by being a resource, demonstrating a good understanding of the product, and communicating effectively (oral and written).
* Cultivate and nurture prospects to advance them from unknown status to an appointment with a Sales Executive or scheduled product demo.
* Be creative and unique in outreach efforts that drive hand raising opportunities.
* Make outbound phone calls to prospective customers to collect information and set or confirm appointments.
* Use social media best practices and networking skills to connect with and engage prospective customers.
* Assist Sales Executives in customer and prospective customer follow-up.
* Strive for meeting and exceeding targets for contacts made, appointments set, relevant information collected, and overall sales pipeline growth with the ultimate goal to aid in bringing on new business.
* Be curious and motivated to deliver top-notch job performance and then potentially springboard into other roles in the organization.

* About You:
** You're a fit for the role of Sales Development Representative if you have:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good at storytelling, capturing interest, and engaging customers and prospective customers in a compelling way. Fast learner with a demonstrated aptitude to learn new skills and topics related to client collaboration technology.
* Strong time management and organization skills.
* Team player with good collaboration and listening skills.
* Driven and passionate about achieving goals and moving the needle.
* Knowledge of the legal industry and how the judiciary (judges) work is a plus.
* 1-2 years in outbound-focused sales or other customer-oriented roles/internships (support, customer service, etc.). SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not required.
* Salesforce CRM experience is a plus but not required.#LI-TK1
