At Cytiva, one of Danaher’s operating companies, we provide innovative solutions that transform human health. We’re looking for a service sales specialist to sell or renew products, systems, and services for bioprocessing customers.

• Meet growth and revenue targets in an assigned sales territory, generating proposals, preparing quotations, and communicating service value to customers.
• Engage and lead consultative technical discussions to identify customer needs and match them with the right service solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries for spare parts, upgrades, modifications, and other non-contract service solutions in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
• Manage the sales funnel and capture service sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 30% to internal meetings and customer sites.

• 2+ years of technical experience (degree, military, or college) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with bioprocess systems, bioreactors, filtration systems, or related equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing roles in a technical, sales, or support capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of service products and equipment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement. Additional information about remote work will be provided during the interview process.

The annual salary range is $85,000 – $105,000 and may be modified over time. The role also offers bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
