DSI Groups is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven Salesperson to join our high-performing insurance sales team. Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus and Commission.

• Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Present tailored solutions to help clients make informed decisions about life insurance.
• Close sales & earn big – guide clients through application process and celebrate wins.
• Build long-term relationships and provide continuous client support.
• Stay informed on industry trends to position our products effectively.
