Position DetailsOur reps sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and placing any orders. Previous work experience isn’t required; we are looking for people who enjoy working with others.
Reps are paid $25.00 base per appointment. They can earn more based on commission and do not lose pay for an off week, ensuring a stable base plus performance upside.
We help reps create a schedule that works best for them—some work as much as possible, others part‑time, and some use the role for extra income around classes, jobs, or family obligations. Semester break schedules are available for temporary work.
We have trained people for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t stay long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are valuable across every field.
Reps work locally after training; meetings and training are held in the office.

People who have had experience in all different types of work—retail, fast food, cashier, grocery store clerk, work‑from‑home jobs, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscape, warehouse worker—and in just about any field you can imagine. We also welcome applicants who haven’t had any work experience. A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people are key.
