Position: *MARCH START* Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
  • Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail in a customer-facing role, requiring a distraction-free environment
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

  • Experience in the insurance industry or related sales fields
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
