We are looking for independent life insurance agents ready to learn, work hard, have fun, and earn what they’re worth. No cold calling, no membership or franchise fees, no sales quotas, and no condescending bosses. You will be selling life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for help.

• Selling life insurance to pre‑qualified prospects.
• Following company policies that exclude cold‑call outreach.
• Maintaining client relationships and qualifying leads.
• Participating in regular mentoring and training sessions.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and group goals.
• Using the Symmetry system to manage leads and close sales.

You will receive hands‑on training and mentoring from the founder and a team of very successful agents. Potential to own your own agency is available if desired.
