• Assist customers by reserving suitable storage units based on their individual needs
• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on delivering a positive experience
• Engage with customers who reach out for assistance, eliminating the need for cold calling
• Collaborate with team members to maximize sales and commission potential
• Maintain knowledge of storage solutions and company offerings to effectively serve customers

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to connect effectively over the phone with customers
• Comfort with using Microsoft Windows applications
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or GED
• Must pass background and drug screening and be able to work some weekends

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within a similar industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Familiarity with remote work technologies and practices
