Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for your customers throughout the full sales cycle, supported by product‑specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and a dedicated ecosystem focused on customer centricity.
- Be the business owner of your territory to increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC remain in its well‑deserved market leader position.
- Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
- Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and be an innovator in solving everyday problems.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member while providing team‑on‑team leadership and orchestrating internal and external resources needed to manage the sales process.
- Previously demonstrated your ability to develop your business as a trusted partner through in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

CompensationBase salary range: $120,000 - $180,000. On‑Target Earnings (OTE) range: $240,000 - $360,000. (Other rewards may include variable plan and country‑specific benefits.)
