Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Largo, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting company services. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, closing sales deals, and maintaining records of client engagement and sales in CRM tools.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with the company’s business growth goals.

  • Sales Expertise:
    Proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation.
  • Interpersonal and Communication

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
    Proficiency in developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and delivering tailored client solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy

    Skills:

    Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and other sales enablement software.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Understanding of business development training, coaching methods, or government and commercial contracting is a plus.
