Position: Key Account Manager (KAM) - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM). This role is pivotal in driving social data analytics solutions into influential Multilateral Organizations. By effectively managing key accounts, you will help shape the future of ethical AI solutions, ultimately impacting millions of lives through informed decision-making. You will be at the forefront of an ambitious vision to empower a more responsive society by understanding and addressing people's needs n us in making a measurable difference in the world through your expertise in consultative sales and client management.

Accountabilities
  • Build strong client relationships within key accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for your key accounts.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales managers to design proposals that meet customer expectations.
  • Manage the entire sales process from proposal to contract signing.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and the company's leadership role in ethical AI.
  • Continuously update CRM and forecasts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct software sales experience, ideally to Multilateral Organizations.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions with business value.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales performance and industry knowledge.
  • Comfortable working within an enterprise sales model.
  • Ability to craft enterprise software proposals effectively.
  • Experience in consultative sales for social impact projects.
  • Proficient in accurate forecasting on a weekly basis.
  • High intellect, flexibility, and the ability to multitask creatively.
  • Highly skilled in qualifying opportunities and closing deals.
