What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services tailored for the insurance and insurance asset management market
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders to define and deliver on prospective client requirements
  • Utilize a consultative approach to qualify potential opportunities and document client challenges and objectives
  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring quality and timely submissions
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales engineer role, preferably in complex strategic sales processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong desire to be part of a winning sales team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios including private and alternative products
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for in-person presentations and industry conferences
  • Strong presence and sales aptitude with the ability to establish trust across various audiences
