- Collaborate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders to define and deliver on prospective client requirements
- Utilize a consultative approach to qualify potential opportunities and document client challenges and objectives
- Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring quality and timely submissions
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales engineer role, preferably in complex strategic sales processes
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong desire to be part of a winning sales team
- Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios including private and alternative products
- Flexibility to travel as needed for in-person presentations and industry conferences
- Strong presence and sales aptitude with the ability to establish trust across various audiences
