• Track follow‑ups and activity using CRM and digital sales tools
• Attend virtual sales meetings, marketing trainings, and professional development sessions

• Active life insurance license (required)
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional presence
• Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic social media platforms
• Self‑motivation, coachability, and the ability to follow a proven process while working remotely
