• Drive net new business as an Account Executive, focusing on sales growth
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high‑velocity opportunities
• Collaborate internally with key departments to ensure a seamless client experience
• Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling and networking

• Fluent in both German and English
• Proven track record of initiating and converting sales prospects
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem‑solving and objection resolution skills

• Experience in the HR industry is a plus
• Previous experience working remotely is considered an advantage
