RESPONSIBILITIES
A client with Kforce is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant II to join their team remotely.
OVERVIEWCome join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Outbound Sales Consultant. SBG Inside Sales supports our customers by providing consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. You’ll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses, discussing their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with the client’s offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions.
SBG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. The Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the client’s ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all our channels and work groups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers’ usage of the client’s ecosystem of products.
ADDITIONALNOTES
- Candidate is expected to make 40 calls a day, receiving warm leads from the chat team
- Be responsible for carrying a quote, calls per day, selling a product mix
- Accountant/Accounting Firm Sales; “Sell through” not “Sell to” aka Influential Sales
- Products:
Quick Books Online (Accounting) and Quick Books Payroll - Slightly deeper sales calls that are usually more than one call close
- Two Roles:
Lead Development Reps & Account Executive Reps - Book appointments for the AEs to have a deeper conversation on a typical 30ish minute sales call

- Ability to engage in work-from-environment and pivot to office as mandated, mid-level software package aptitude (MS Office Suite, Google Docs/Spreadsheets Platforms, etc.)
- After training and nesting they will move to their perm shift;
Must be able to work any shift from 8AM-9PM;
Shift will most likely be starting at 11AM
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
