Account Partner - Commercial Med Tech (UK)
This is a remote, full‑time role posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are looking for an Account Partner – Commercial Med Tech in the UK who will drive commercial success across the Med Tech sector, manage strategic client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identify opportunities to expand adoption and optimise workflows, and generate measurable business value. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence business outcomes while navigating complex sales cycles.
Accountabilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Med Tech clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Develop account strategies and execute plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling and expanding client engagement.
- Track account performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor, offering insights to optimise client operations and enhance adoption of solutions.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the Med Tech or healthcare technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
