As an Insurance Agent, your primary goal is to protect and empower clients by offering tailored insurance solutions.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families secure coverage that meets their needs and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess Client Needs:
Conduct consultations to understand clients insurance requirements, risk profile, and financial situation.
Recommend Products:
Present suitable insurance plans (life, health, final expense, accident, etc.) that align with clients short- and long-term goals.
Generate Leads & Build Pipeline:
Prospect new clients through referrals, community outreach, digital platforms, and networking.
Educate Clients:
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs to ensure full transparency and understanding.
Process Applications:
Assist clients in completing policy applications accurately and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and timely communication.
Support Claims Process:
Guide clients through claims procedures and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution.
Stay Compliant:
Adhere to industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies (including AML/KYC protocols).
Continue Professional Development:
Stay current with product knowledge, licensing requirements, and market trends through training and certifications.
