About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, high-accountability role with a clear focus on outcomes. You’ll be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching our Growth Team (SDRs) while partnering directly with leadership on client success, campaign strategy, and performance improvements.
We don’t just want someone to “manage people.” We want a builder: someone who can set up scalable processes, coach reps into high performers, optimize workflows using AI/automation, and actively drive client success alongside our leadership team.
You should have a sales/business development background and be capable of having strategic, high-level discussions with clients about lead generation, pipeline building, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead daily huddles, performance check-ins, and weekly EOS Level 10 meetings with the Growth Team.
- Drive accountability through transparent KPIs, regular 1:1 sessions, and clear performance management.
- Build a culture of ownership, solution orientation, and continuous improvement.
- Client Growth & Success
- Participate in onboarding workshops, helping translate client goals into actionable outreach strategies.
- Partner closely with the Client Success team to share performance insights, campaign feedback, and growth recommendations.
- Challenge clients thoughtfully when needed and maintain proactive, strategic conversations.
- Sales Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Coach Growth Consultants (SDRs) on cold outreach best practices: copywriting, prospecting, objection handling, and social selling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends: tools, AI-driven workflows, sales methodologies.
- Lead execution of high-performing outbound campaigns across email, Linked In, video, and phone.
- Systems, Processes, and Automation
- Maintain and optimize CRM (Sales
OS) records for transparent performance tracking. - Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose scalable solutions, and leverage automation where possible.
- Help document best practices and create SOPs for ongoing training and scale.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- 1–2+ years of experience managing SDRs/BDRs or sales teams.
- Fluent in English (German is a major plus — many of our clients are from the DACH region).
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, cold emailing, cold calling, and Linked In outreach.
- Highly organized, structured thinker with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and unafraid to challenge the team and clients when needed.
- Comfortable running client-facing meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions.
