- Serve as the technical liaison between sales account executives and prospects during the sales cycle
- Manage the technical relationship with prospects to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines
- Present and communicate technical information effectively to C-level and director-level executives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software sales
- Proven ability to map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
- Experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proofs of Concept
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
- Vertical industry expertise in sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare
- Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
- Familiarity with Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence
- Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger) and experience in B2B software selling
