• Serve as the technical liaison between sales account executives and prospects during the sales cycle
• Manage the technical relationship with prospects to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines
• Present and communicate technical information effectively to C-level and director-level executives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software sales
• Proven ability to map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
• Experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proofs of Concept
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
• Vertical industry expertise in sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare
• Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
• Familiarity with Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger) and experience in B2B software selling
