• Manage inbound leads and proactively prospect for new sales opportunities
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and activity goals through effective negotiations
• Conduct pre‑sales calls and demonstrate products using web‑based tools
• Engage with customers to promote product usage and drive revenue growth
• Log sales activities and client information accurately within the CRM system

• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas
• Experience in a prospecting or cold‑calling sales environment
• Strong sales process and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly , with strong communication skills

• College degree in business, sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with the legal industry or legal technology products
• Additional experience in pipeline management and forecasting
